Evidence based, non-invasive, two step treatment
Combined FCT & PEMF Therapies
Step one uses Focused Compression Therapy (FCT), a revolutionary modality that uses focused linear sound waves to restore sensation and natural lubrication. The mechanism of action increases cell signaling and growth of new blood vessels (angiogenesis), and increases blood flow to repair nerve endings (neurogenesis) and to the vaginal lining, promoting growth of healthier vaginal tissue.
Step two incorporates the use of high-powered pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) can help build pelvic floor, improvement of elasticity restoration and moisture to the vaginal mucosa.
- Decreased Sensitivity
- Vaginal Dryness
- Urinary Incontinence
- Difficulty with Orgasm
- Better Patient Outcomes
- Lasting Results
- Pain-Free
- Non-Invasive

Step 1: Focused Compression Therapy
Focused Compression Therapy is a series of short painless treatments to the vulva and surrounding anatomy using pulsating acoustical sound waves. It opens the blood vessels, stimulates the nerve endings to greatly enhance sensitivity, and the intense feeling of an orgasm.
FCT sends an array of sound waves effortlessly and without sensation through the soft tissue to the desired, controlled depth and at that point the sound focuses to create the compression.
Step 2: PEMF Therapy
The human body is made up of trillions of cells. Each one is like a tiny battery that powers your tissues, muscles, organs, and brain. Technology works by delivering layers of inaudible sound frequencies to recharge your cells and restore your cellular voltage to optimal levels.
What Our Patients are Saying?
“From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I had several calls with a Dr. Kirsten and went for it. I did four sessions and it took a few weeks to get used to it:) Dr. Kirsten was wonderful and the office in La Jolla is private and beautiful. Thank You.”
“Completed six sessions with Laura. Never felt any pain or discomfort after any of the treatments, short and sweet experience. I did a virtual consultation but then went in for a free in person consult, started the treatment right after. PEMF is incredible!”
“They host lunch and learns at the office and you can organize a private session for the girls which was perfect. Essentially a gel pad is the only thing touching your skin. Each session lasted about 20 minutes. I started noticing change after the second treatment of six I did.”

What Is Focused Compression Therapy?
During the treatment, a small wand-like device uses targeted sound waves to stimulate vaginal tissue and encourage blood flow, which can also speed up the healing process.
What Is PEMF Therapy?
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy uses low-frequency magnetic waves to decrease inflammation and increase circulation. This device also helps underlying causes of both BPH (Prostatic Enlargement) and ED (Erectile Dysfunction).
Why Combine FCT & PEMF Therapies?
Is FCT Therapy for Effective?
The trial revealed focused compression therapy worked well to restore blood circulation, sensitivity and lubrication.
What To Expect During The Procedure?
During the treatment, a small wand-like device uses targeted sound waves to stimulate penile tissue and encourage blood flow, which can also speed up the healing process.
Are Treatments Painful?
Is There Any Down Time?
No. You can resume your daily activities as soon as your session is complete.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
Most indications require 4-6 treatments which are done 3–4 days apart, depending on your tolerance and response.
How Long Is Each Session?
When Do I Notice a Difference?
Is FCT Therapy Permanent?
Are There Any Side Effects?
